Flower drop purchases are final sale and cannot be reimbursed at any time. If you want to change the recipient of the flower drop you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of the new contact details. Any recipient must be located in North County San Diego (see frequently asked questions on the flowers page for details on what those cities are).
